Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to greymont.assistance@gmail.com including your order number and the name used for the purchase.
Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the parcel using a local shipping service.
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you must notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unopened, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
